A Critical Success Factor Framework for Implementing Sustainable Innovative and Affordable Housing: A Systematic Review and Bibliometric Analysis

The actualization of affordable housing remains a challenge. This challenge is exacerbated by the increasing societal demand for incorporation sustainability principles into such types to improve levels occupant health and well-being whilst avouching desired affordability. Innovative technologies practices have been described as beneficial effectuation sustainable housing. However, knowledge concerning deployment innovative in (sustainable, innovative, housing—SIAH) delivery nascent. Consequently, there lack common ontology among stakeholders how realize SIAH. study aims contribute toward development this body through establishment critical success factors (CSFs) effective SIAH implementation. To achieve objective, systematic review bibliometric analysis focusing on juxtaposition sustainable, concepts was carried out based relevant literature. led identification clustering CSFs these at individual collective (SIAH). findings consisted four distinct yet interrelated facets which can be achieved holistically, namely, design, house element, production method technology. A total 127 were found aligned facets, subsequently clustered, conclusively used CSF framework. most frequently occurring with predominant interconnections utilization energy-efficient systems/fittings, tenure security, comfortable healthy indoor environment, price relation income using water-efficient systems/fittings CSFs, establishing emergent framework useful documentation features construction projects further studies CSFs.
